This rum from Barbados is light and golden in colour, tastes extremely smooth, spicy on the palate getting buttery towards the end. Serve neat or mixed with cola.

This liqueur is made by macerating the destalked blackcurrants in grape brandy. It is sweet, red and full flavoured. The berries are rich in vitamin C. What a good excuse!
