Colour - fiery red
Nose - Rich and sweet with hints of toffee and fudge. As the whisky breathes sherry, vanilla and chocolate notes are revealed. Toffee pudding in a glass.
Palate - Initially the sherry influence is apparent, followed by vanilla and oak flavours. A lovely smooth and creamy feeling on the palate.
Finish - Dry, smooth and complex with a hint of smoke that lingers in the finish.
