Delivery Information

We are currently using Fedex for most of our deliveries and whilst there are options for an economy and next day delivery, in most cases the orders are delivered the following day.

For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.

Even during the Covid crisis, most deliveries are reaching our customers on the next working day if ordered before 1pm.


Pricing
Deliveries will be charged according to the schedule below. We have attempted to cover all options where we can.

Economy - Offshore and NI - 2 or more bottles - £15

Economy - UK mainland - £5.99 (24-48 hour service) Monday - Friday

Next Day - UK mainland - £6.99 24 hours service Monday - Friday

Free on orders over £90

Local orders can be collected free of charge from our shop, or delivered free of charge within a 20 mile radius of the shop. This takes in Annan, Beattock, Lockerbie, Thornhill, Castle Douglas, Dalbeattie etc. This has been very successful during the lockdown and is a service that we are happy to continue.

Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER IN THE NEXT TWO DAYS, then please choose ParcelForce 48 or 24

Delivery times may be affected if there are unforeseen circumstances. Please note the availability shown for each product in the Product Details page is real-time but on rare occasions during particularly busy periods and when limited editions are released, items do sometimes over sell.

For your security, the courier's paperwork must be signed, either at the recipients address or a neighbouring address in order to acknowledge receipt of the Products.

A Delivery Note detailing the Products supplied by Drambusters will be stored in one of your delivered parcel/s, and this is your proof of delivery.

 If our courier attempts delivery at the delivery address, specified in the order, or as a fall-back attempts delivery with a neighbour but cannot deliver the Products, the courier will retain the Products and will leave a calling card with a Customer Services telephone number for you to call in order to arrange re-delivery. Please note that the courier company can only arrange a specific re-delivery date, and cannot arrange a specific re-delivery time. If you give us your mobile number, SMS messages will be sent during the transit of your parcel.


The products will be returned to our Collection Depot if they have not been collected from the courier. For returned orders only the cost of the products ordered is refunded less the cost of returning the order.
