The rum is a blend of pot and column still rums, the pot still brings complexity, depth and weight to the blend, whilst the column still brings a good balance of aroma and flavour. Doorly’s 12 Year Old Rum is a blend of rums, 90% aged for 12 years in Kentucky Bourbon and 10% aged for 12 years in Madeira cask. The rums are blended and allowed to marry together for a short period so the rums fully integrate.

This is rich and sweet with notes of tropical fruit and toffee apples.

We are currently using Fedex for most of our deliveries and whilst there are options for an economy and next day delivery, in most cases all orders are delivered the following day.

Orders over £90 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP OVERSEAS OUTWITH THE UK

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER IN THE NEXT TWO DAYS, then please choose ParcelForce 48 or 24

For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.
