Its mission is to create a perfectly balanced dram to be enjoyed with family and friends alike. Sherry casks are considered a luxury in whisky making. These expensive barrels imbue a spirit with distinctive notes of deep fruit, citrus and nuts. This Classic Sherry Cask Malt is blended from the best Sherry butts to deliver a balanced expression of this uniquely engaging style.

Appearance: Enticingly dark

Bouquet: Sherry prominence with secondary resinous and prune like notes. Invitingly seductive

Palate: Well balanced fruit on a Sherry bed. Wonderfully satisfying and fulfilling

Finish: Long, lingering Sherry delight.

We are currently using Fedex for most of our deliveries and whilst there are options for an economy and next day delivery, in most cases all orders are delivered the following day.

Orders over £90 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.
