Silent Pool Gin is made by Master Distiller Cory Mason, who selects each ingredient carefully - the following botanicals are macerated in spirit before distillation: Bosnian juniper berries, coriander seed, Belgian angelica root, orris root, liquorice root, cassia bark, cubeb, grains of paradise, cardamom, bergamot, bitter orange peel and honey. A gin tea infusion of Kaffir lime leaves, chamomile, rose, linden, elderflower is also added. During distillation the spirit passes through a basket containing Macedonian juniper, Bulgarian angelica, lavender, fresh lime and orange peel, dried and fresh pear. The gin is crafted within the four walls of the distillery with great precision and loving care. Lavender, chamomile and juniper on nose. Soft, dry, juniper, slight sweetness and citrus fruits taste. Long lasting and dry finish.

We are currently using Fedex for most of our deliveries and most orders are delivered the following working day.

Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP OVERSEAS OUTWITH THE UK

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER IN THE NEXT TWO DAYS, then please choose Next Day Delivery

For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.

Off-shore destinations do not qualify for free shipping due to our costs, please choose off shore and NI for the correct price.
