Tasting Note: Classicaly austere nose of white stone fruit, chalk and minerals. The palate is crisp, dry and medium bodied, with steely acidity and a well defined, elegant palate. The citrus, green apple and pear fruit flavours last well into the deliciously refreshing, lengthy finish.

Food Matching: Shellfish, raw fish, charcuterie, canapes or roasted river fish. Marvelous as a glass by itself too.

Vineyard: Sourced exclusively from the 1er Cru Montee de Tonnerre vineyard in the heart of Chablis. Bunches are hand harvested and sorted by hand at the winery, any berries that have the slightest hint of rot or unripeness are discarded.

Vinification: Fermentation is in stainless steel and temperature controlled, with the wine resting on lees for a short time to add complexity.

Vegetarian and Vegan friendly

We are currently using Fedex for most of our deliveries and whilst there are options for an economy and next day delivery, in most cases all orders are delivered the following day.

Orders over £90 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP OVERSEAS OUTWITH THE UK

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.

Off-shore destinations do not qualify for free shipping due to our costs, please choose off shore and NI for the correct price.
