VINEYARD Located within the Central Valley are the upper reaches of the Cachapoal Valley, one of Chile’s historic winegrowing valleys. In this valley lies the town of Rengo that is protected by the mountain range that creates an area cooler and more arid than the rest of the valley.

The Torreón de Paredes vineyard built on alluvial soil, is situated in the heart of this and is flanked by the mighty Andes, which not only provides a stunning backdrop to the winery, but also creates the dramatic contrasts between day and night temperatures which result in richer, juicier grapes.

TASTING NOTES This is a wine with character. Made with 91% Sauvignon Blanc and 9% Gewurztraminer. The nose shows intense notes of grapefruit peel, tropical fruits and ripe pineapple. The palate is juicy and well-balanced offering a large range of flavours. The intensity of aromas lends to a rich, smooth and long finish.

Ideal to Serve at 10-12°C with fish and shellfish.

We are currently using Fedex for most of our deliveries and most orders are delivered the following working day.

Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER IN THE NEXT TWO DAYS, then please choose Next Day Delivery

For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.

Off-shore destinations do not qualify for free shipping due to our costs, please choose off shore and NI for the correct price.
