Tasting Note: On the nose, tropical notes of pineapple and passionfruit interspersed with golden apple and stone fruits mix with white floral aromas. The palate is refined with unctuous notes of apricot and mango, and a delicious tropical fruit finish with a refreshing acidity. Winemaking: The bunches of grapes were transported to the winery, after the first selection in the vineyard. In the cellar, only those that were healthy, clean and aromatic made it through the rigorous selection on the sorting table. The grapes were pressed immediately followed by fermentation in stainless steel tank in order to retain the floral aromas characteristic of the Albariño. Food matching: It pairs perfectly with mussels, squid, octopus, also risottos and marinated or spiced fish.

Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER IN THE NEXT TWO DAYS, then please choose Next Day Delivery

For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.

Off-shore destinations do not qualify for free shipping due to our costs, please choose off shore and NI for the correct price.
