Balance in the mouth is exceptional from start to finish - strawberry, blueberry, and red apple dipped in dark chocolate, allspice and a layer of toasted oak. Tannins are structured but not Superb with your favourite steak, red sauce pastas, or a juicy burger. overwhelming, with very well balanced acidity. Winemaking: The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed, undergoing a cold soak for 3 days. Gentle pumping over occurs during fermentation in stainless steel followed by malolactic fermentation. 50% of the wine spends 9 months in French oak while the other 50% is aged in American oak for 11 months before blending and bottling. Food matching: Superb with your favourite steak, red sauce pastas, or a juicy burger!

We are currently using Fedex for most of our deliveries and whilst there are options for an economy and next day delivery, in most cases all orders are delivered the following day.

Orders over £90 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.
