The wine is a pale straw yellow colour in appearance with green tinges. A tight yet generous, kaleidoscope palate, with flavours of rockmelon, custard apple, Thai basil and ginger. There are lifted aromas of lychee, rambutan, papaya, mandarin and musk. A fantastic food matching wine, especially with lightly-spiced, contemporary Asian food, fresh summertime salads and flavoursome white meat dishes. The finish is clean and crisp with plenty of refreshing, zesty acidity.

We are currently using Fedex for most of our deliveries and whilst there are options for an economy and next day delivery, in most cases the orders are delivered the following day.

For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.
