95% Merlot 5% Cabernet Sauvignon Tasting Note: Deep purple in colour with an expressive nose. Medium-bodied, rounded tannins, packed with red fruits and a touch of spice on the palate. A complex wine with a long finish. Winemaking: Maturing in cement and stainless steel temperature controlled vats for 45 days. Made at relatively cool temperatures in order to retain as much pure fruit as possible. Fined with egg whites and filtered. Vineyard : Double guyot trained vines on clay limestone soils. Machine harvested grapes from old vines. Traditional methods of viticulture Food matching: A great accompaniment to sticky grilled duck breast or slow cooked pork.

Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP OVERSEAS OUTWITH THE UK

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER IN THE NEXT TWO DAYS, then please choose Next Day Delivery

For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.

Off-shore destinations do not qualify for free shipping due to our costs, please choose off shore and NI for the correct price.
