A true expression of the personality of the village of Fuissé. A blend of the best parcels from its picturesque amphitheatre. Half the blend is aged in 2-5 year old barrels and the result shows great balance between weight and freshness, with elegance derived from seamless minerality. Layers of subtle notes combine stone fruits, acacia flowers and spiced hazelnut butter. Each parcel is vinified separately to ensure the finest expression of the fruit. Half the blend is aged in 2 - 5 year old barrels and the result is a wine which shows great balance between weight and freshness. The Pouilly-Fuissé is a blend of the best vineyard parcels with 10-to 35-year-old vines from the Fuissé amphitheatre of limestone and clay soils. Serve with shellfish, risotto, grilled or fried fish, goats cheese and creamy cows milk cheeses.

We are currently using Fedex for most of our deliveries and whilst there are options for an economy and next day delivery, in most cases all orders are delivered the following day.

Orders over £90 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP OVERSEAS OUTWITH THE UK

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.
