Viticulture: Traditional Soils: Sandy soils with calcium carbonate coated gravel at depths of 40-60 metres. Ageing: 500 Litre new oak barrels Alcohol: 14% Tasting Notes: "Light green cast. Citrus and a touch of green apple on the nose and delicately creamy. On the palate, lovely creamy fresh balance. Elegant and tight on the palate, long and crisp and that green apple on the finish. We are currently using Fedex for most of our deliveries and whilst there are options for an economy and next day delivery, in most cases all orders are delivered the following day.

Orders over £90 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.
