Tasting Note: Elegant Sauternes, heady with pineapple and mango, the tropicality finely balanced with citrus. Food Matching: Perfect with puddings, blue cheeses, foie gras, cheesecake or sorbet. Vineyard: Made from intense, naturally sweet grapes that have undergone noble rot. Harvesting is very delicate and is entrusted to an experienced team. The grapes must be picked by successive berry selection, each time taking only those affected by the famous Botrytis Cinerea which concentrates the sugars. A rigourous sorting process is undergone to ensure only the best fruit is used. Vinification: The must ferments in casks, an ancestral technique which facilitates optimal temperature control. Maturation for one year in barrels. Vegetarian friendly

Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.
Off-shore destinations do not qualify for free shipping due to our costs, please choose off shore and NI for the correct price.
