October 2020 release of this iconic and extremely popular whisky

Currently one per household. We will not send directly to auction houses

Nose
This cask strength whisky packs a lot of
signature Springbank characteristics in from
start to finish. The peat smoke is immediately
present and very welcome with a lovely
ashiness. Aromas of bruised apples,
mahogany and tobacco leaves. There is a
candied sweetness with notes of glazed red
cherries, and sugar coated cola cubes.
Palate
It is rich and sweet to taste with ripe and
juicy red fruit flavours. Strawberries and
raspberries give way to orange flavoured
chocolate and gooey toasted marshmallows
and bubbling caramelised sugar.
Finish
In the finish the earthy, dusty notes remain
as well as the mouth drying tannins from the
burgundy casks. The whisky is deliciously
sweet and smoky with the familiar
Springbank characteristics prevailing.

We are currently using Fedex for most of our deliveries and whilst there are options for an economy and next day delivery, in most cases all orders are delivered the following day.

Orders over £90 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.
