This single malt represents 17 years well spent, made with organically sourced barley, the first 14 of which were spent in whisky refill casks. During the finishing, it developed a delicious sweetness, with notes of caramel, maple syrup and sherry soaked raisins - a product of their 100% natural process. This is a limited edition of only 2505 bottles. TASTING NOTES Colour: Burnished copper. Nose: Very dry, slightly sulphury notes roll back to reveal sweet dried fruits, raisins and dates. Palate: Sweet caramel, mouth coating maple syrup, mixed candied peel and sherry soaked raisins, Finish: Long sweet finish, fading to honeyed cashews.

We are currently using Fedex for most of our deliveries and most orders are delivered the following working day.

Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.

Off-shore destinations do not qualify for free shipping due to our costs, please choose off shore and NI for the correct price.
