This is the first release from the 2016 harvest at Lakefield Farm, where the farmer Seamus Duggan consistently produces barley of exceptional quality. Made entirely from Irish Irena malted barley which has been grown on the Duggan's Co. Laois farm, this whisky has been aged for over 3 years and 7 month in multiple cask types including first-fill, virgin US & French oak. Waterford's Single Farm Origin series is a range of limited edtion whiskies that explore Irish 'teireoir' using the barley from one farm at a time. Waterford was set up in 2015 with the purpose of producing whisky that focuses on the main ingredient - barley- and the impact of differing growing conditions on the flavour of the whisky. TASTING NOTES A rich texture with long and gentle finish. Notes of baking bread, chocolate, warm custard, rhubarb & apple tart and clove, this whisky is complex and fruity.

We are currently using Fedex for most of our deliveries and most orders are delivered the following working day.

Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP OVERSEAS OUTWITH THE UK

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER IN THE NEXT TWO DAYS, then please choose Next Day Delivery

For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.

Off-shore destinations do not qualify for free shipping due to our costs, please choose off shore and NI for the correct price.
