The Australians love highland Cattle, with the first of the breed being imported from Scotland in the middle of the 19th Century, and a second tranche in the 1950’s. Australians also do red wine for red meat, extremely well, and The Heilan Coo is a definite nod to both. Made from 85% Shiraz and 15% Mataro which is the Australian name for Mourvèdre in France and Monastrell in Spain. With the vineyards in Victoria, The Heilan Coo has balance, rich fruit and good structure, rich and velvety, with red berry fruits, clove, cocoa and black pepper notes.

We are currently using Fedex for most of our deliveries and most orders are delivered the following working day.

Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP OVERSEAS OUTWITH THE UK

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER IN THE NEXT TWO DAYS, then please choose Next Day Delivery

For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.

Off-shore destinations do not qualify for free shipping due to our costs, please choose off shore and NI for the correct price.
