24HOUR COCO CARBON FILTRATION & SEVEN DAY FERMENTED SCOTTISH WHEAT Local wheat and water combine in their seven day fermentation process to create maximum character and mouth feel. Multiple distillations are followed by a 24 hour filtration process through the most porous of carbons, coconut shell carbon. This crafts a spirit of exceptional purity and taste. An all out approach has been taken to create something really special. Extremely long fermentation and filtering times way beyond anything the industry would consider, creates purity with character and smoothness. With soft cream soda, light toffee and subtle biscuit notes, we recommend you simply serve straight from the freezer or over ice.

We are currently using Fedex for most of our deliveries and most orders are delivered the following working day.

Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP OVERSEAS OUTWITH THE UK

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER IN THE NEXT TWO DAYS, then please choose Next Day Delivery

For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.

Off-shore destinations do not qualify for free shipping due to our costs, please choose off shore and NI for the correct price.
