Don Papa is inspired by Sugarlandia, a dangerous and seductive world where things are not quite as they seem and where time is surprisingly fluid. It’s a beautiful place where your senses are heightened and your mind is free. At the heart of its land, on Negros island, is the active volcano, Mount Kanlaon, where you can find sugar cane that thrives on its lush and fertile foothills. The old sugar mills on Negros island grind the noble cane, the original variety, to create the famous molasses, known locally as “Black Gold”. The molasses are then fermented for up to 4 days with a special yeast before being distilled in a column in the Bago Distillery. Finally, the rum is aged in oak barrels in the particularly hot and humid tropical climate of Sugarlandia.

We are currently using Fedex for most of our deliveries and most orders are delivered the following working day.

Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP OVERSEAS OUTWITH THE UK

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER IN THE NEXT TWO DAYS, then please choose Next Day Delivery

For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.

Off-shore destinations do not qualify for free shipping due to our costs, please choose off shore and NI for the correct price.
