Glasgow 1770 Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Triple Distilled, is a smooth and vibrant whisky with outstanding character. This single malt combines the finest concerto malted barley with the incredibly pure water of Loch Katrine and is fermented for over 72 hours before being distilled painstakingly slowly in their traditional copper pot stills, three times. The additional third distillation removes heavier oiler compounds from the spirit so only the lightest and purest spirit is collected to make this incredibly light and smooth whisky. The resulting new make spirit is wonderfully fruity and bright and is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and virgin American oak casks which are married together before bottling. Non-chill filtered, natural in colour and bottled at 46% ABV, this is a wonderfully well-balanced and vibrant single malt with notes of shortbread, honey and double cream with a warming woody spice.

We are currently using Fedex for most of our deliveries and most orders are delivered the following working day.

Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER IN THE NEXT TWO DAYS, then please choose Next Day Delivery

For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.

Off-shore destinations do not qualify for free shipping due to our costs, please choose off shore and NI for the correct price.
