A heavily peated blended malt created by Master Blender Billy Walker with packaging inspired by company founder Harvey MacNair; Victorian gentleman, bon vivant and raconteur. To create this whisky Billy has sourced heavily peated Islay and Speyside malts, married these with richer GlenAllachie and then filled to specially selected casks. These casks are matured on site at GlenAllachie Distillery until the final cask vatting is blended by Billy and bottled at 46% ABV, unchilfiltered and with no added colouring. The old Scottish saying Lang may yer lum reek, literally meaning long may your chimney smoke, is the best way to wish someone a long, healthy and prosperous life. Best done with a dram of MacNair’s Lum Reek. 1st Fill Bourbon, Pedro Ximenez and Red Wine Casks TASTING NOTES: Colour: Copper Bronze. Nose: Sweet peat reek combining with butterscotch and mocha. Taste: Lashings of rich peat reek with mature heather notes, bog myrtle, butterscotch, toffee and sweet spices.

Orders over £100 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.Unfortunately Off Shore charges will apply and we cannot avoid this.

WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP OVERSEAS OUTWITH THE UK

We are also happy to deliver local orders (within 20 miles of Dumfries) free of charge to. We do these deliveries in our own van and this option can be found in the Shipping drop down box in the Shopping Cart. Please note though, that local deliveries may take a day or two longer as it depends which route we are taking or have just been on. If we have just delivered to Annan for example when your order comes through, it may be another couple days before we go that way. IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER IN THE NEXT TWO DAYS, then please choose Next Day Delivery

For off shore and some Highlands destinations we will most likely use Parcelforce or Royal Mail and it may take a day or two longer to reach you.

Off-shore destinations do not qualify for free shipping due to our costs, please choose off shore and NI for the correct price.
